I hear it's more like "Jacques" Cousteau.

OK, pretty much have it...it sounds like it's a combination between jack and jock...but is the "j" a harsh "j" sound, or more like a "zh" sound, as it's a French name (I'm assuming), as in "two-zhahks?" BTW, thanks, everyone for your help! Now, can't wait to eat there!
