Depends on your income and family size I'f u fit the criteria and get all the info and paper work in that they ask for then it can be pretty quick I signed up a few years ago and they said it would be like 2 yr waiting list I managed to get a call within about a yr a friend signed up recently just a few months ago and she got a call she was at the top of the list within just 2 months or so? But like I said it goes by income they have guidelines like if you are at poverty level - low poverty level- low low poverty level if u are one of the lower ones low low poverty u will hit the top of the lost sooner from what I was told. Uf u make a bit more AMD on the line of poverty may take a bit longer ? Best option is to just sign up as soon as possible it cant hurt right ?
I live in Jefferson county, and I signed up here, but I want to moved in the Oswego county, so I can be closer to my daughter..
