I am writing on behalf of my husband. He specifically told them he did NOT want the fluoride topical treatment. Then he receives a letter saying that he is responsible for paying for this treatment which was apparently given to him despite him choosing to opt out. This will be fought because he should have to pay for a service he did not want to receive.

Hi Mikey, Aspen Dental practices don't offer nitrous oxide, but oral surgeons at the office do offer some patients IV sedation based on medical history. The team at your local practice would be best able to make recommendations based on your needs during your first visit. - Krista, ADMI

Aspen doesn't participate with Fidelis but if you are over the age of 21, and have an insurance that Aspen doesn't participate with or no insurance, your first appointment is free and they discuss all of the flexible financing options with you
