Taxi, Uber or rental. This hotel is south of Dayton, the Airport is north of Dayton. You could take two busses for a 2 hour ride from airport to hotel.

I had the same issue. To solve the problem, I rented a car from Enterprise, let them know i would be arriving in that flight and they had a person at the counter waiting for me to get my car.

There actually isn't anything or even a airport shuttle. So you will need to rely on a taxi service or an uber.
