If they are staying out late then why am I not getting any mail for 3 days someone not doing their job or throwing mail out

Then what about last Friday Saturday where is my mail from those days I get a check every week the company says they mailed them but have not received them explain that something is going on cause I am not recieving anything

The thing is, carriers keep calling in due to weather. So we get severely understaffed. Also, we don't like our carriers being out late at night because it's dangerous to them. We don't throw mail out and we all try to do our job effectively and safely.
