I paid for a headstone in August of 2021 in full. I was told that because of covid and supply shortages it would be end of March, early April 2022 before it would be completed and installed. That was fine. I hadn't heard anything in early April so I sent an email asking for a status update. I got a response about a week later saying they had the granite and it would be completed and installed by the end of the next week. The next week came and went and I received no communication. I emailed again and received another response about a week later saying their computers went down and it would be done by the end of the next week. The next week came and went and again nothing had been done. At this point we're at the end of may or so and I called and spoke to a woman who was very nice and told me it would be done by the end of the week... again. It wasn't. I received zero communication about my purchase unless I initiated contact. I called again and spoke to a woman who was far less than pleasant. Cut me off almost immediately and made more excuses. She was incredibly rude to a paying customer who had gotten nothing but the run around this whole time. It was finally installed after that, early June at that point. I was supposed to receive a picture when the headstone was cut and again when it was installed. I didn't get either. The absolute worst communication of any business I have ever gotten. I will never do business here again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.
