Why can't I use Discount that I get for my work online. I called and called but it was busy so We placed it on line went in and the manager said sorry. So maybe next time we go same ware else

I don't know why you can't it doesn't say that on your coupon does it if it does is it restricted if it doesn't you should be able to use it they should honor call and talk to them

Try reaching out to corporate. Maybe they will work to retain you as a customer.
