I understand when you have a worker shortage, but we were the first one and only people in the restaurant but had to wait over an hour for our food. Some of the food was cold, and was missing some of the ingredients. They were short a cook, no bartender and only two waitresses for the place. Was very disappointed and nothing taken off our bill, just apologies. Will not be returning to Applebee's

Ordered Applebee's to go. The food was hot and very good. The young lady working the food pick up was very helpful . She took my payment and returned promptly with my food.

We went to Applebee's because we were in Stow for a baseball tournament. I ordered the appetizer beef nachos. It was only lukewarm..the hamburger looked like it was cooked yesterday, sat around and nuked today. It was almost black and hard. I can't believe I actually ate it and pd for it. It makes me never want to go back to Applebee's again.

We waited close to ten minutes before we were even acknowledged. Even though half the restaurant was empty, we were told it would be 20 minutes. Two managers walked past us and never even, said someone would be with us. Two other parties were waiting ahead of us.
