Hi, I have been biking in Rock Island Trail From Jefferson St to Kauffman Stadium. Phase 1 and 2 of the Trail are done which is more or less 18miles. Yes, but it is not open yet. Technically, anyone on the trail is trespassing as of February 24th. I wish they would just open it!
