No you have to be nude on men's side and think it is the same on women's side.
First you get to locker room where you can change to the t shirt and pans that they give you ,i dont think anyone will check what you are wearing under so its up to you . On the way to sauna you are passing by the shower room area ,so if you want to take shower ,then you will see nudity ,there are no doors in shower area , you will sweat a lot so i guess at some point going there will be hard to avoid
NUDE OR TOWEL AROUND WAIST... NO UNDERWEAR OR BRA ESPECIALLY IN THE WATER... I SAW THEM ASKING TO ALL THAT DO... BUT EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY NOT STEARING... USE THE TOWEL THEY GAVE Ü WRAPPE IT AROUND... IT IS A SAFE RELAXING PLACE TO BE...
You can definitely wear stuff underneath provided sweat shorts and t-shirt. Bur there is no way avoiding seeing nude folks while in the locker room. Though it is rather limited unless you are going to use the bath/shower room.
You do not have to pass theough the nude areas and yes i believe you should be able to wear underwear ot dwim suit unfer the clothing
