I never seen any disabled there. I know if you have open sores or skin conditions the party is over for everybody, its best to call the facility and alert them to your disability

yes, I've seen a elevator also there are handles in the spa portion. the other later rooms you have to kinda crouch in order to get in. hope this info helped
