Has anybody gotten a facial here? I got one once at the Ulta in Pasadena and it was great, but that employee no longer works there. Wondering if they're attentive and good with facials

Every esthetician who works at the ULTA skincare center receives the same training from Dermalogica. The protocol and facial maneuvers will be the same. Otherwise, it really depends on the Esthetician's overall knowledge of ingredients, skin concerns and conditions, and customer service skills. The only way to know if you personally will like the esthetician's service us to try them yourself.
