It's a hole-in-the-wall restaurant with a bit of charm. English does not appear to be the first language of the staff but I don't have much of a problem making orders. They do get busy. Hurray for them. So they might forget something once in a while. I've worked in the restaurant business. It's a lot of work. If you don't like them, don't go. That will make it less busy for the rest of us :-)
It was a shrimp dish. Overly breaded, over cooked, 4 small pieces of broccoli, the picture showed a ring of broccoli with creamy sauce and lots of walnuts. Not so, it was slight, dry and not edible. Over priced as well. This is in a strip mall, not the same as the one in Palm Springs.
I visited once while in Palm Springs and it was great. I found them on Google Maps and it was a great recommendation. You should have verified the order if you were disappointed more than once.
