They are terrible at picking up the phone. I told my rep this. I recommend you go in person.
They don't ever answer the phone, I have been trying to reach out to them for several months now I call my insurance Carrier directly which is wind haven, I suggest you do the same because these people are pathetic never answer their phone
They answer th e phone, Crystal, and supervisor Sherese I reported insurance fraud for second time. If nothing is done this time going FCC but they do answer.
