Not easy place to get in but when you inn is the best place to be. very clean and beautiful landscaping. but if it was easy to get in, we will have bad environment. keep up the great job.

I haven't lived here too long but so far it seems the property is maintained regularly, there seem's to be new management and new board from those previously posted 1 year ago or longer reviews; don't let the long application process scare you from applying; they do their best to keep it safe and restricted from criminals. Very friendly neighbor's so far; everyone I've seen has said hi or at least offered a wave.

The Laurels is the best place to Live. I been here for 2 years and I don't have any complained. the apartments are very affordable and the people are very friendly. It may take long for the approval. love love love
