They are incompetent, the manager dedicates herself to fixing up the place and to voting for the employees, she guards them not as a boss but worse than a guerrilla sergeant, she intimidates them so much that the staff that used to be the best end up leaving, one felt at home now they are incompetent, unprofessional what they have there is a rice with mango I don't want to go anymore I go to the hospital or to the urgent care I advise you there and I know they will answer me sorry for what happened call us. but from now on I tell you that excuses satisfy the the one who gives them, not the one who receives them, you pass them, it's not the arrow, but the Indian

This place needs to shut down. Horrible patient treatment, all day trying to get a medication refilled for my mother, life threatening situation and all we get is call centers and excuses the Dr is busy. Natalia I hope you are in this situation and your mother in a life threatening matter. You need to respond to your patients or let this job go. Horrible treatment
