I was expecting all the drama and waiting for hours when I visited this place. My appt was at 11:30. I got there at 11:10, right away the receptionist took care of my paperwork. She actually the one typing everything into the computer instead of telling me to fill up forms. I just needed to sign on the pad for the release. This alone is already time saving. 11:25 the nurse came out to call my name, and then after she did all the basic (im a new patient), she told me to wait in the room and told me the doctor has one person before me to attend. 14 mins later doctor arrived. The whole thing took 50 mins from the moment I enter to the moment I left. I think its amazing!!!! 5 stars, highly recommended

Worse healthcare facility in the country! The staff in the office are very nice. The problem is when you need a prescription refilled or you actually need to talk to someone. My 84-year-old mother tried for two weeks. She called, the pharmacy called, the insurance company called, I called! Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns phone calls and nobody takes action. When you call you will hear several voice prompts. None of them lead to anybody in the office that you can speak to. The scheduling is centralized, the option for a nurse goes to voicemail with no return phone call. I had to drive down there (30min, one way) twice to get two prescriptions filled! They refuse to fill one of them. It was for estrogen patches. They wanted my 84-year-old mother to go to a gynecologist but yet it took over a week to get a referral. This was a referral marked as urgent! This is absolutely crazy. This place is the pits!!!! If you value your life stay away from this facility. I honestly don’t know how it received 2.2 stars. It doesn’t even deserve one.
