Leave your dog at home the first time and just go talk to the owner he'll let you know but I can almost assure you Cubans are not 'dogs inside the house' kind of people. Nevertheless, don't let that stop you from going to sample their wonderful cuisine. You won't be disappointed. And who knows maybe Samuel will be dog friendly.
