This place need less then a one Star. I have been to the office multiple times in a week because again for the second time this year, I have no hot water. There seems to be no urgency to the simple fact that I don’t have hot water. I’m going on 5 days with out hot. Then i’m getting charged a late fee when I showed them that the app was not working via picture and I quote from Alexandria that it does not matter. As she said they did not get any complaints from anyone else that the app is not working but I find it strange because they never answer the phone and when I mean never you have to call at least nine times to get somebody on the phone.

UNTIL WHEN WILL THE WATER CLOSE? I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR OVER TWO YEARS AND IT IS ALWAYS THE SAME EVERY WEEK.

This place are terrible to live and expensive Neighbors are nasty 🤮 and rude..dumpster haven’t camera floor not have cameras..anybody do anything they want..reall disgrace

If I could give a lower rating, I would. These are bottom of the barrel apartments. Please save yourself the headache and drama. Office staff and maintenance are liars. Rats, roach infestation, mold, bad drainage/plumbing and run down units (cabinets, counters, bathroom mirrors, rust, mildew, etc.). Anyone who left anything above a two star review has to be apart of or somehow affiliated with the leasing office staff. Pictures and videos are coming soon.
