The Hitching Post 2 restaurant is open for dinner only, daily. Mon-Fri. 4pm bar & appetizers, 5pm dinner Sat-Sun.3pm bar & appetizers and 4pm dinner. Negative, we showed up up on Wednesday January 22 at 2:00pm at the restaurant and bar; it was closed. They have a small shack down the street that is open to taste wine. So the actual Hitching Post II is not open those hours.
