Service, Sales AND Finance were all 10/10... Updated 9/2022 after another great service experience on my 2010 Edge. Worth the drive from Goleta. I bought my 2021 Mustang Mach E in March 2021, and had a stellar experience then and since. I brought it in twice for service and they are quick, efficient and--CRITICALLY-- knowledgeable, even about a totally new and different first model year vehicle. Online there are a million horror stories about dealers charging way over sticker, and having the car be tied up indefinitely in Service Dept due to lack of parts or knowledge (for recall or other work). Thankfully, none of that was my experience. For my latest service visit, a software update to clear a weird message about "shift system fault"/ "power train" issues, they lined up a gas-friendly loaner but wound up getting me out of there quickly enough to not need it. In the time spent there, they were extremely accommodating and friendly. Had a nice chat with the fantastic manager Michael, which made it obvious that they know their stuff, are aligned culturally with the company's core values and simply believe in doing things the right way (which may occasionally differ from the easy or most profitable way). It's beyond refreshing! I have no qualms taking it in for the next recall work service visit, which will reseal the panoramic roof and replace the windshield. I know they have the tools, personnel and know-how in place to stick to timelines and make it as painless as possible. Across the board, staff is awesome, not the kind that makes you hate the dealership model. Even in this crazy market, from everything I've seen they remain ethical. Their practices with hot new vehicles--ie the GT500 in pic, new Bronco and of course the new electric Mustang (which ROCKS by the way!)-- aren't the gross, questionable ones than I've experienced and heard about with other dealers. No games, no bait and switch, no over promising-- their goal is clearly to keep you as a lifelong client. I am only too glad to take the lovely drive to and from Goleta to go there instead of my local option. It seems like salt of the earth, trustworthy, reliable kind of people are rare in that arena, so it's an easy choice for me. I have no ties to them beyond these experiences and was in no way encouraged to share any of this-- and indeed very rarely do for anyone-- but felt compelled to because they are just THAT good... Thank you again JV! You're officially stuck with me!! 💞

I have a 2018 F-150 and just moved here from Colorado. I used two different dealer’s service departments in Denver and both were pretty disappointing. Bad communication, keeping car for weeks and doing nothing and on and on. John at Jim Vreeland was always communicative and available. They did take a bit longer than expected but offered me my car to use when I needed. Also have a shuttle service. My truck runs great now. Thanks!!
