When I was 14 years old I came to California visited my mom's friend and she lived in a manufactured home park I'm not sure which one it is but I was wondering if there was an ocean view from the front of the manufactured home park

No ocean view from San Vicente, but you get a nice view of the mountains.

Not this one, and im not sure where that would be?? Was it a long time ago? There's downtown SB, but thats all elite hotels, restaurants, etc. The other area would be Isla Vista, UCSB city..party town...
