Much shame and dishonor will fall upon the park's new owners if you evict the current resident subletters. There will be karma. Where is their compassion and sympathy—and humanity? Why not address the concerns in a reasonable manner?

Are there any rental units (annual rental) and if so, what is the average rental amount, incl any lot rent in this park? Looking for a clean mobile home for 1 year. If anyone knows of anything, please reply. Thank you.

I rarely see rentals mostly for sale. At 340 old Mill, they have low income at 4200 Calle real Wich is also San Vicente.
