My Mother gave up her license and we were told by the Villa management that we could park her car in the garage until we sold it. Four days later we received an angry call from them telling us to move the car by that evening, or they'd tow it. When I came over a large man followed me to the garage and stood watching me until I moved the car. It was terrifying! We've given notice.

My Father started to need a higher level of care. We were told that they didn't have any spots open and that he'd have to find another care provider either a 3rd party or a different facility. Please, if you have a family member who's condition may get worse make sure that they won't do this to you.

The day my Father was diagnosed with Alzheimer's they had him sign his 30 day notice while he was intoxicated. They did not notify the family and we didn't find out until 7 days before they kicked him out. Absolutely horrified that this happened.

When my mother moved in 3 years ago when it was under different management and needed some help.  Stephanie the current Executive Directive has done an outstanding job to make key improvements. The Villas are now clean and well kept, the new chef she hired does a great job with the meals, and all the cafeteria and cleaning staff are helpful and friendly. Other improvements, the activities are well planned and the staff does a great job celebrating birthdays and special holidays. For my mom, when she needs help in her room with anything the cleaning staff and handyman's are all so kind and very accommodating.  Managing through the pandemic for adult places is difficult but again Stephanie and the staff ensured all tenants were safe and well taken care. I can sleep well knowing  my mom is taken care of, safe and is treated with much with love and kindness.
