When will you pay a court ordered judgement for your techs mistake to not fill the oil in the Crowders van in Dallas, Oregon? Very poor business practices! Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Not really knowing the facts of this error. It seems jiffy lube is trying to do whatever is necessary to fix the problem. I had some work done there and was quite impressed. Anyone can make a mistake. It's how it is handled that makes the difference. Hope both party's can resolve this peacably.
