First time having my car worked on by someone other than the dealer. They did a lube and oil and did not try adding additional things to do. Very fair and very polite.

Went to jiffy lube to have an oil change on a vehicle that was 6 months old. After two return visits , insults thrown at me and lies told to me and a zip tie attached to my frame and skid plate. I'm not happy. I will never ever go to this jiffy lube again. I will also tell everybody I know about how I was treated and how they do showdy work.

Update below... 04/13/2022 We will not set foot in Jiffy Lube again. I can deal with the incessant upselling of parts and services but, what I cant deal with is lousy customer service. Customer service at the Dallas, Oregon location has gotten worse over the last year. From yelling profanities across the service bays in front of my wife and kids to performing a full oil service when a level check/top-off was all that is requested. Been going to this location since they opened getting tires replaced, brake service, & of course oil changes. The final straw is they won't give me the veteran discount on my veteran plated vehicles if I'm not there. So, my wife gets charged full price when I'm not there. Absolutely absurd. Pound sand Jiffy Lube. You've lost me for good. -UDATE- 04/14/2022 Just received a phone call from the store manager, Alex to discuss my review. He asked me about my experiences and assured me he would discuss professionalism & conduct at his staff meeting next week. He assured me as the owner of the vehicles me or my wife bring there the discounts they offer to veteran customers will be honored. I am grateful for Alex's prompt response, sincere concern, and professionalism.

These guys did it again! Every time I have a tire issue, these guys come to the rescue. Excellent service by excellent technicians. And customer service is #1. I know I sound like a commercial, but it is what it is. Shout out to Alex, giving the best customer service Ive had from anywhere in quite some time!
