The staff is friendly rooms are clean. Nothing special. THERE IS NO POOL. The jacuzzi is broken. WAY overpriced because they are the only semi decent hotel in town. No weekly rates and they charge more on Holidays when Hilton hotels give discounts on holidays. Spirit Mountain is a better option. Just up the road 20 minutes away a day its closer to the coast with on-site dining options.

Was always cautioned about this hotel and stayed in Salem because of that. On 5/13 I decided to go against my better judgment and booked one of the 2 rooms available. It was the King suit with the jacuzzi. After using the bathroom the toilet would rock back and forth. There was broken tile. The exhaust fan was hanging halfway on the wall. In the rooms the carpets were filthy. Definitely could tell vacuuming wasn’t done regularly. Night stands were covered in dust. Also I could smell cigarettes while in one corner of the room and couldn’t figure out why. There was a cigarette butt in the desk drawer. A few other little things but to be charged over $230 for one night stay and experience what I did is completely unacceptable. I will drive the 15-20 minutes to Salem in the future. On a side note to this. I stayed in Lincoln City with an ocean view and jacuzzi in the room couple days prior this stay. That room was one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Price for that room was $175. I would have easily paid much more for how great of a room it was. So to go to this room in Dallas was disgusting at best.

We have been there for over 2 months due to a flood. They are so friendly, even the positions that don’t require a positive personality. House keeping has been amazing. My kids look forward to seeing them. My items have never gone missing. Very trustworthy! (& these are items that could be stolen easily) We have had weird requests that Lance and Hayden have make work out. Morgan helped diffuse a situation that was exposing my often dormant angry side. Colton is just about the best there is in the field of management and hospitality. Katie and Marika make our requests seem like they aren’t burdensome. There are at least 2 more house keepers, a handyman and another guy that I can’t remember by name at this time, but have been great. I just wish that they would repair hot tub. Yes we are 5 minutes away from the city pool, but it sure would be nice and I feel like it’s in their ability to look outside the company and get it repaired. 5 stars all the way
