Every day Russians murder Ukranian children and rape Ukranian women. Over 300 civilians alone were murdered by the Russians during their occupation of the Kyiv region. Over the past 42 days of their invasion of Ukraine, Russia has committed numerous war crimes such as using cluster munitions on civilian areas in Kharkiv and intentionally bombing civilian hospitals and shelters in Mariupol.

My wife and I would like to visit St. Petersburg for a week or two next August 2022. We live in Utah USA. Do we need to travel to your embassy in San Francisco or Washington DC to receive a VISA or can we do everything by mail?
