I am so thankful for Loan Factory and especially its staff Celia Than and Nancy Nguyen! They were so helpful and so patience in helping me with my complicated situation and guided me with the best option for my rental property loan. As of now I’ve done 18 total real estate loans with Loan Factory and was so thankful that they’re now expanding their service to be the lender themselves making the loan process so much easier and so much more convenient as well as fast approval process as well as the underwriting. Thank you for expanding your services. If I need mortgages again I will definitely go with Loan Factory with no doubt, especially with Nancy and Celia (to think about it, these guys quickly responded to my questions/concerns even when I’ve messaged them late in the evening!!! Great performance. Excellent service!! Loan factory made the whole loan process seamless and easy. We were able to close the loan before the deadline which was very important to us. Team members were extremely helpful, well organized, informative and professional. I used to have my refinances and purchases with other direct Lenders, believing that I would get the best rate, but I was wrong. On a bundle of refinances a few years ago when the rate was at the bottom, after comparing the rates from various Lenders, I decided to try with Loan Factory for the first time and I love them. Now, I keep coming back for all of my refinances and new purchases. They gave the best rates and great customer services. Nancy and Thai are great Loan Officers. They follow up the rate and even gave me discounts on my point purchase. Nancy and Lynn would work until 7 pm or during their vacations to make sure that my loan went through. Nancy was very patient, writing various pre-approved letters for us. She returned calls quickly and gave me great advices from her knowledge so that my loan could go smoothly. Loan Factory made a great team work when dealing with agents and underwriters. These great experiences and trust I had never have with other previous direct lenders. I would come back for our future mortgage transactions and would highly recommend Loan Factory services.

Simply stated, I cannot recommend Loan Factory enough! Speaking from someone who was entirely new to the process, Kira was a godsend for me. She updated me daily on my application status and took the time necessary to explain and walk me through what was needed. As my application progressed, the rest of the team exercised the same level of attention to my needs, including Randy, Celia, Olivia, and Trang. I am happy to have closed ahead of schedule and am happier that I went with Loan Factory. Thank you to the entire team!
