How are you guys getting in contact with the shot. Do you just go down there or are you calling the number provided because everytime I call it goes to voicemail and I would really like to bring my bike to him.

I just keep trying to call and I also text him on the number. He is very busy because he is very good at what he does and reasonable on the pricing. Also, every time I have been there he is working on like 15 bikes and his phone seems to ring a lot. Unfortunately he only has room for so many bikes and you just have to be persistent. I highly recommend him.

Every time he hasn't answered when I call hr has told me just try back a few minutes later. He is solo and always has work so sometimes cant get to the phone in time.

He's basically a one man operation. It's impossible to work and take calls. In the end it really is simpler to go there directly. You'll have to anyways.
