It is cheaper if you buy seasonal pass. You get coupons in upper marion Library which reduces price for 3 or 4 $
No matter when u go its same price i think 25 or 29$ check their website. Prices r on the website but if u buy philly pass its included in the pass

I don't know the prices for the zoo when i went the ticket was given to me for free but all i know is it free for kids under 2years old I'm sure you can google the prices
Tickets are a flat rate regardless of day or time of year. Check your local Parks and Rec office or Zoo partnerships like Acme for discounts
