The pool cabanas are the way around being a guest; rates range from $200-$1000 a day depending on how close you want to be to the DJ at the arkadia pool, or the baking throng near the oasis or bowtie pools: contact the hotel directly or online and book cabana reservations in advance.
The pool is included in the daily report fee, which is required if you are staying at the hotel. I don't believe there is a way to visit the pool is you're not a guest.
We stayed at the hotel so we had access to all the pools. Sorry I can't help. U can call them and ask.
