Our experience here was so terrible, I'm sure I'm not the only one. Is anyone else who stayed here on Labor Day Weekend having a hard time getting a refund?

Unfortunately that's how it is most anywhere in Miami/Miami Beach.

*to clarify* our stay was never fulfilled. they never let us into the room we prepaid for. we tried to check in but no one would assist us.

Labor Day weekend is another peak tourist timeframe amongst other holidays in Miami/Miami Beach. Refunds for experiences are rare especially at established hotels.
