Absolutely, just bring back the item with the original packaging and the receipt and they will give you an exchange or refund which ever you desire. I used to be a manager for Big 5.
Yeah they are very acomidating/understanding
If it came cut or damaged im sure they will return. If theres damage that clearly looks like you did it then I would say no. Take your reciept with you for more chance of being able to return
