You can make an appointment the day of online or by calling, that will give them some heads up and they'll be ready to serve you right when you walk in. Alternatively I'm sure someone could be of service if you came in without calling ahead.
An appointment is suggested especially on weekends because they are very busy but during weekdays you can probably walk in when its less busy

I heard making an appointment is good. I personally, always do a walk in. They always take care of me, sometimes I have to wait for someone to become available for guidence. :-)
