are all of the jack in the boxe's as horrible as the redmond oregon facility, meaning they take atleast 15 minutes from the time you order to have your order paid for and retrieved!?

I have only been there once, only ordered one item and it wasn't at a peak time ( such as lunch). But my service was prompt and friendly.

I havent had much trouble with the one in bend. I think theyre usually understaffed, but it doesnt take 15 minutes for me to get my food

They are usually out of what I want to order any way.
