Id give this place 0 stars if i could. I watch my food sit for 15 minutes while other orders went by (had i known it was my order id have taken it long ago) then the lady who "checked" me out was rude as hell, and said "take it" no apology for my 40 minute ridiculous wait. Never again will i go back, absolutely insane and poor service.

I had gone in not knowing the $5 pizzas were no longer a thing. It goes to show I don’t come here often but craved some pizza what I thought would be quick. I was the only customer when I went in and just ordered a pepperoni pizza. The lady said it would be 5-10minutes. A door dasher came in plus 5 other customers all but one was given their pizzas before me. All by the way were told 5-10 minutes regardless of how many different items they ordered. I stood there 20 minutes. She told me it would be ready soon. The next time she told me she’d be right with me. (I think they just forgot about me) Finally I got the lady’s attention—she looked so peeved when I asked her about my pepperoni pizza I’d ordered. She gave me an attitude and asked to see my receipt & asked for my name. Then gave me my pizza. I only saw 3 people in there and they were all doing stuff, but I was being really patient and didn’t find the attitude necessary, especially after 30 minutes. I will say the pizza was good, but not worth the wait.

Little Caesar's in Redmond has probably the worst customer service that i've ever seen. There was one gentleman who looked like he knew what he was doing...everyone else stood around, made excuses, and most of the time didn't even make eye contact when people tried to talk to them lol. It was almost comical, another employee came and clocked in and sort of saved them but WOW, that will definitely be the last Little Caesar's for me. I'd pay ten times as much just to have someone be respectful as mutual respect is big. Good luck Little Caesars I used to love your customer service and efficiency.

I can completely agree with these fellow customers. I worked at Little Caesar’s Pizza in the Charleston SC area as a General Manager and loved it. I managed and co managed six different stores and the owner was awesome. I moved to Redmond OR and thankfully my owner got in touch with the local owner to see if I could transfer to his store. Now I was a little disappointed that I would have to demote to a assistant manger but okay cool. When I started working at the Redmond store it was complete chaos. The workers who where mostly teenagers did whatever they wanted and had no respect for management. The General Manager (who was close friends with a lot of the kids on staff) did nothing to fix the problems the store had nor did he give me any authority as a manager to do my duties. 100% unprofessional! Some of the good workers ended up quitting due to bullying in the store. I personally know from experience if this store had a brand new crew including management, the store could be great.

Questions & Answers

In the past and have been pleased. Tonight the girl with pink hair had long bangs hanging over the pizza she was making. She handled the cheese with no gloves and then went to the meat products and opened the fridge .Why no hair net or gloves?

No restaraunts use gloves, it's unsanitary. I don't understand how people don't know this already. Everything you eat is handled by people at some point, stop being picky.

During my visit, all employees were wearing masks, gloves, and maintained at lease 6 feet from one another and from customers. Payment and delivery were touchless.
