Only place in town that sells crickets but yet they are out of crickets 5 days a week. Hey here’s an idea, maybe you should increase your orders of crickets?!? While you’re at it, increase your orders for everything else too. You’re the only pet store in town but yet you are always out of EVERYTHING. It’s no wonder everyone goes to Amazon, every single time we need something for one of our pets we go here, and sure enough they don’t have it. I’m at the point of not even trying anymore, it’s ridiculous.

I am grateful to have this Petco here in Bend. The people who work there are very generous and caring. They always are cheerful and offer to help me. The inventory at Petco is very reliable and the prices are reasonable. Petco never lets me down. I truly recommend Petco.

I’ve shopped at the Redmond location often for my clients. I’m always greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff. Animals are healthy and store is really clean. Karen & Jaden are always available for questions. Super friendly atmosphere.

If only the employees weren't rude and offered to help this place would be amazing. But because of the lack of customer service and not so friendly employees this place just made me feel uncomfortable. 😕 prices for fish accessories are also pretty spendy

Clinics are held usually the 2nd Saturday of the month from 11-12pm. There are sometimes changes in the date so call or go into the store to get a flyer.
They follow them like everyone that doesn't want to lose their business
Go to their website and see if they offer them.
They usually prefer wood chips fore the bottom of the cage, a water bottle, a running wheeler, and bedding like a fake log or little hiding place to make them feel safe. You can find most food fore them at Petco or walmart
If they have any in stock then you should be able to find them in the same aisle as the Hamster and Guinea-pig. Rats and Mice are located at the bottom of the observing cases.
They do but not sure the cost, just call them they are good about answering
