The worst moving company, I would not recommend using them at any price. Lied about price, lied about their packing process, lied about pick up and delivery times and used highly unethical contact tactics. Stay away, do more research! !
No they are not they have hade our things for a month and we talked to them today and they dont know when we are going to get our things they suck
I got the same thing. When I finally got my stuff, things are missing and now waiting for my claim to be processed.
I haven’t had any issues. Everything was fine for me. I would just stay on them and continue to ask to be updated. Hopefully this works out for you.

They are not the most reliable company. The price we were quoted was not what we ended up paying. Our stuff arrived broken and there were missing boxes. There was a dead rat that fell out of the truck when our stuff was delivered. There was no inventory verification when items were unloaded. Would NEVER recommend this outfit to anyone.
I was nervous because we had a long wait. We received our Items and the condition was amazing. We waited a month to the day, so I know how you feel. Be patient.
