I would avoid this facility right now! Poor communication from the facility and corporate office. Residents are not receiving their services, and many things they promised when Wickshire took over are not happening. It seems the corporate office has abandoned them. They request you call Joshua Peterson, but when you call him, he almost never calls back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING FOR A VISIT. YES, THE FACILITY IS RECENTLY RENOVATED, AFTER 40 YEARS, HOWEVER, THE NEW AND CURRENT OWNERS ARE THE VERY WORST! THEY WILL NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS. THE FOOD IS PLAIN, REPEATED WEEKLY AND NOT PREPARED WITH ANY SKILL. THERE ARE SOME SUPERIOR AIDES, BUST 90%, SIMPLY DO NOT CARE. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT PAY COMPETIVELY. I HAVE BEEN HERE OVER 4 YEARS...THIS OWNER, OUT OF THREE IS THE VERY WORST! SEEK OUT A QUALITY PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE...CLEARLY, NOT HERE. PS: AFTER 2 YEARS, THEY RE-OPENED THE FOOD - BUT NOW YOU PAY!!! INSULT TO INJURY, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE "FREE" VAN, GOING OVER TEN MILES. LIKE I SAID, DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK.

I have been here for 4 years now and I started living here before the community transitioned to Wickshire . Prior to the transition I was not very optimistic as I had never heard of Wickshire and I was so used to how things were , but ever since the change I have had nothing but good things to say . The new leaders Linda and Sarah are so effective , diligent and professional with their work as well as with the residents here. The changes that have been implemented since their start truly shows their commitment to the residents and the community .
