My roof company placed an order with Suncoast and we waited for 20 weeks for the delivery and when they arrived someone ordered the wrong color roof. We are keep calling then and talking to Kristee and she continues saying it will take 5 more months. Someone from suncoast needs to take responsibility for this huge mistake. Making customers wait almost 10 months and it wasn’t our fault. I just can’t believe they don’t care about customers and don’t make this huge mistake as a priority.
