I have called this store about thirty times and no one answers is this usual

Yeah, I once called and stayed on hold the 20 min it took me to get there. When I got there I showed the manager and she didn't care. Any inventory questions can be solved on the app and any money transfer questions can be solved on the website

I have never called the store. However if you have 30 unanswered calls, that's a very good indicator that they don't answer calls. You may need to go to the store.
