I never tried calling but I would try online. There may be a text bubble where you can chat with customer service
I walk in but the customer service in this store is horrible
They are really understaffed. You can walk in and see it yourself. There's not enough associates to have answer the phone and get yelled at for one reason or another or be asked questions you can find answers to online.
