I onky ever see 1-2 people there. Always running around. Not right but the reality.
Customer service is significantly understaffed which is a norm.
SAME HERE!! I have had to try and call this walmart numerous times. I will call 5 times in a row so the phone doesnt top ringing and literally NO ONE picks up.
I had the same problem about 4 months ago about picking up a vacuum cleaner I gave up and tried to speak to a manager. What I was told the manager for that department wasn't in. Then I asked for the store manager who wasn't available at that time. I was told from the customer service rep that they are understaffed and they have to take care of the customers in the store before they answer a call. I took a Survey and gave them a good rating. That was before the vacuum incident happened They have sales people in almost every dept. and if they are not from that dept they will call someone to assist you But as far as answering and outside call,they need to get it together. I haven't called that Walmart since.It's a waste of time. More people need to complain to the store manager or better yet ask for the corporate office phone # !
Try looking up the grocery number instead of the customer service desk usually at the customer service desk the associates are taking care of customers and don't have the chance to pick up the phone because there's usually only one person to two people at the desk look for a grocery pick-up number and you'll get answered from there hope it helps.
