My nephew passed away leaving 18 more lease payments on his Honda CRV. I contacted sales manager Jude at DCH Academy and he gave me all the information my niece needed to return the car. Honestly, I can say the only part of my experience with this dealership that was pleasant, was the Saleman Carlos. I feel lied to. When discussing the terms to buying my 2017 Chevy Malibu, Carlos said I could get an extended warranty 3 years 36,000 miles. When the manager came back and said no 2 year 24,000 miles, I still accepted it because I really like the car. During the first month I heard a noise in The rear end and bought it back for service. They changed the rotors and said that was the issue. It wasn't. I wanted to bring it back for them to hear the noise when I got my license plates, but it took 4 months to get them, and I don't live close. I bought it back a week ago, they kept it for a week only to tell me that the warranty doesn't cover the part, and that the first problem and this issue aren't the same . I know for a fact that's a lie. Overall this has been the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. They are good at helping you buy a car, that's it. This dealership from the top is horrible when it comes to making the customer feel like they matter. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get it fixed. A 1200 dollar job not to mention.

You. Can even check their inventory online. I recently purchased a used car from DCH Academy Honda on Route 9, by merely looking up the details online and went to test drive it and bought it the same day. Very easy and convenient.

It's called an Oil Change Plan. You have to pay for it. You don't get oil changes for free???
