Stephen was very knowledgeable, definitely patient and not pushy. He was very personable which put my husband and I at ease as well as our daughter whom we were purchasing the car for. He allowed ample time to test drive, inspect and compare all the cars we looked at. He did not mind that it was closing time and we were still discussing the cars and features. When we made our final decision doing the paperwork was easy, he explained all the charges, added fees as well as the process. The day we picked up the car he was fully prepared, no waiting no changing information. We received copies of everything as well as a missing car manual. Pleasant, friendly, relaxed car buying experience. I will definitely recommend Stephen as well as All American Ford. This is our second car from All American.

I was expecting a seamless buying experience but it ended in extreme disappointment. Judge for yourself... I looked at a vehicle on a Friday afternoon and called my salesperson shortly after the lot opened the following morning. We negotiated a price, they sent me the total cost sheet, and I called to confirm I'd buy the vehicle at the agreed price. I asked if a down payment was needed to reserve the vehicle as I could not make it back to the lot until Monday morning (dealer is closed Sundays). I was told it wasn't necessary and the salesperson asked me to fill out the credit application when I could. Approximately 2 hours later I texted the salesperson to let them know it was completed. I was then told, "So I went to pull the key and someone unfortunately is in the process of buying the vehicle. If it falls through I will let you know." I immediately called to speak to a sales manager who essentially told me there was nothing they could do. I was told they have other vehicles. So, they looked through their stock and sent me a vehicle with slightly higher mileage, similar options, and one year newer. But, here's the comical part... $5,500 more expensive. When I pointed out the similarity between the vehicles and suggested they honor the original deal I was essentially asked how that could be possible. In short, I negotiated a $1,000 off the total cost, we agreed to a the number, and I filled out a credit application, which of course results in a hard inquiry. Just to be told that the vehicle was being sold to someone else. My guess? The other customer was willing to pay full price so they decided to renege on our agreement. I'm shocked how a dealer network this size can lack such basic customer service, cohesion, organization, and training. I'm not a fan of online reviews as I'd prefer the situation to be corrected out of public eye. Unfortunately, this situation wasn't; so I'll at least hope to make some kind of impact for future customers by posting this. 1. Best case but least likely is that this is brought to the attention of senior management and there is a review of how they handled the situation and an overall review of how they handle inventory and negotiations. 2. If nothing else, prospective buyers should use this experience to tread cautiously and ensure they aren't blindsided like I was. Ensure you don't waste your time just to have a vehicle sold out from under you. And at the very least, don't let them run your credit for absolutely no reason.

Our new Service Drive-Thru is located on the side of our Ford building, easily accessible from Old Amboy Road. Just take Route 9 or 18 to Spring Valley Road and then to Old Amboy Road, and you'll see the Drive-Thru garage door. Just pull up to the garage door and it will open automatically.
It definitely depends and will be a little different each time. To be safe, we tell customers 30-60 minutes. We are an Authorized Ford Quick Lane Center so we're equipped to handle no-appointment necessary oil changes quickly. We offer a complimentary multi-point inspection and car wash with every service, so allow a little extra time for that. Obviously we have Certified and Trained Ford Technicians working on your vehicles every time. Anyone that promises an oil change in less than 30 minutes is rushing and why would you want that for your car? And now we have had our indoor Drive-Thru open for about a year where you just pull right in, never worry about parking or anything. Our waiting room is very comfortable with TVs, couches, work desks, free wi-fi, complimentary coffee, water bottles and snacks.
