Dimes aren't silver plated. They could be from a proof set but that seems very unlikely... Im gonna guess the 65 is not circulated and still has its luster...worth 10 cents. 1945 is silver 90% it's worth about $1.
Hi Monica, Nicholas is correct about these two dimes. All dimes 1964 and older are 90% silver. Both of the dimes mentioned have more bullion value than collector value and so they are considered "junk silver" in the coin world. This means coins that are bought and sold for silver investment.
