Three part review here; I went to buy a car and Mohamed was very nice, very attentive to my needs. Although there was not a car in stock I wanted he tried to help. My second time coming I was beyond pressured to buy a car I did not want, did not need, and was way out of price range. Mohamed was not there at the time so I dealt with someone else. This caused me to look elsewhere. My occupation is an Amazon driver, and during my delivery here I experienced yet another unpleasant encounter. They ordered something rather heavy and when I arrived quite a few staff members were outside. I was instructed in delivery notes to delivery to any associate. With many employees outside I asked numerous times where to leave the heavy package. But all were too distracted by whatever conversation they had going on to help me. I walked inside to seek further help to just be told to hand it to a person standing outside already. All while carrying a 45 pound box I walked a majority of the establishment while the employees talked among themselves.

Finally had it with the service department of this dealership. Been bringing multiple cars here for service for years. Service level and customer experience has gone down the drain!!! This was the last straw. One of our car's AC system had an issue and it was initially serviced. Within a year, issue again with the AC where it would blow warm air. Apparently there was too much freon/refrigerant from what they said and they ensured that it was now at the correct level and should be fixed. A week or so comes and issue still happens. AC intermittently blows warm air. I finagle it so it works and can blow cold air. Can't replicate it at the dealer (obviously as it's intermittent). We then travelled and same issue. Call them back, and get push back because they can't replicate. Yet they were the one to initially service the system. Obviously something is wrong with it! Voice my frustration and get to Ron/Svc Mgr. Put it this way, do NOT talk to this guy if you have an issue and it gets to his level. And to think we almost bought another car from them!
