Purchased a kitchen table, the table came chipped. Purchased a bedroom set, the wrong nightstand was delivered. It has been months and the issues have not been resolved. My emails to this business have gone unanswered.

I think it's highly unlikely. From my experience, they specialize in custom, handmade furniture from brands like Bermex and Canadel. Several of their suppliers are Amish woodworkers. Brands are listed on the site.
