Be careful using this establishment - they have lost three items of mine and recently implemented a policy which says that the number of items listed on the ticket is the number dropped off and non-negotiable unless a list is created at drop off. When I dropped off my items I tried to create a list but they wouldn’t sign to acknowledge it - I dropped off nine items, the woman marked six -lucky for me, I caught the mistake, took my nine items and left - but beware - they take Zero responsibility for their errors and loose garments consistently.

User Beware!! I dropped off a bring a new shirt to be dry cleaned. Shirt ws returned ripped. they claimed that I gave it to them that way. No apology; no refund!!! I am going to make a complaint to the better business bureau.
